The Quiet Man Blended Irish Whiskey

Named for John Mulgrew, a barman in the pubs of Belfast, The Quiet Man Blended Irish Whiskey is expertly distilled in small batches and fully matured in first-fill bourbon casks of American Oak.

Aged 4 years, the mash bill features a high malt percentage. This sweet blend has a surprising light, floral fragrance and hints of toasted oak and honey.

Tasting Notes:  
Nose: Malted barley, candied fruit, oak, light amount of solvent.  
Aroma: Light and floral fragrances with sweet and citrus notes.  
Palate: Quite sweet, notes of honey, vanilla, banana, velvety mouthfeel.  
Finish: Quick and light burn, with an aftertaste of toffee and butterscotch candy.
