0.5 cl Vedrenne white mint liqueur
5 cl Vedrenne Crème de Cassis Supercassis
10 cl sparkling wine (champagne, crémant, spumante, sekt...)
3 cl soda water
1. Fill half a tall wine glass, with ice. Stephen tip: first, pour the white mint liqueur, stir, then draw off the liqueur, keeping the flavored ice cubes in the glass. That, will bring a wonderful and subtle freshness to the Spritz ! |
2. Pour, in the order: the sparkling wine, then Supercassis, then the soda water. |
3. Stir gently to blend together. |
4. Express a lemon zest over the glass and serve |
