Rebel Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey

Back in 1849, when everyone else was using rye mashbill. Rebel Yell was the pioneered wheated-based bourbon. The bourbon famously inspired Billy Idol to write his 1983 hit song "Rebel Yell" after he drank it with members of The Rolling Stones. In 2020, Luxco changed the name to simply "Rebel" .

Tasting note: Honey & butter, followed by a hint of plum and raisins for a long warm finish with an interesting touch of  spiciness
